Refund & Return Policy

At Silvora Fashion Holdings Corp, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our gadgets with our "No-Friction" Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, Silvora Fashion Holdings Corp will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (customer no longer wants the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. A flat fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the pre-paid label.

4. Damages and Issues (Quality Control)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care goods (such as used ear tips or opened health-related sensors for hygiene reasons).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing essential accessories.
  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
