1. Shipping Locations
Silvora Fashion Holdings Corp currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our reach in the near future.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day.

You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s portal.

6. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Silvora Fashion Holdings Corp ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using standard USPS shipping methods. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for these locations.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
Silvora Fashion Holdings Corp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team at SilvoraFashionHoldings@proton.me within 48 hours so we can assist you with the process.
8. Missing Items
If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Claims for missing packages must be made within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
